NACVA is a global organization comprised of over 6000 member valuation and consulting professionals offering the business and legal communities business valuation, litigation forensics consulting, fraud deterrence, and various other related services. NACVA’s members are generally experienced in accounting, tax, and financial analysis. All certified members are required to obtain at least 36 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) in these disciplines of focus every three years. NACVA’s rigorous certification programs require a complete understanding of the valuation process.
